Architect graduated in 1958 from the Architecture & Urban Planning Faculty of the Central University of Venezuela. He began his professional career working with the National Agriculture Institute and the National Housing Institute on architectural inspection and urban planning.
Later he imparted architecture and urban planning courses on the same faculty he graduated from and was appointed as directive member of the Venezuelan Architecture Association and the Engineering Association.
His professional career was devoted to the housing improvement while leading multiple organizations in the field of promotion, design and construction of affordable housing. In 1992 he received the grand prize from the Affordable Housing Foundation for his creative work and dedication.
